Korean home-care brand Bijen asked EPHYON to support the development of a fabric softener with demanding requirements across hand feel, fragrance longevity and in-use experience.
The R&D team spent several months adjusting the formulation system and process parameters. The work focused on improving fabric softness and anti-static performance while building a layered, controlled fragrance release rather than allowing one requirement to compromise another.
The final formula passed the customer’s project acceptance process. The project demonstrates EPHYON’s ability to translate a brand’s sensory brief into a stable manufacturing solution.
