Partnership cases need project evidence, and manufacturing capability needs traceable public milestones. In 2017, the China Cleaning Industry Association’s candidate notice listed Tangshan Yipinjing Daily Chemical Factory with laundry liquid, dishwashing liquid, kitchen degreaser and toilet cleaner as the submitted processing categories. The later award decision states that, after applications, recommendations, document review and public notice, the association included Yipinjing among 18 recognised “2017 Outstanding OEM/ODM Suppliers in China’s Daily Chemical Industry.”
The boundary of the recognition must be explicit. It shows that the association named Yipinjing in its 2017 selection and recorded the processing categories submitted at that time. It is not a permanent product certification and does not mean that every new formulation, pack size or market is automatically approved today. A current project still requires product documents, sample approval, test evidence, packaging requirements and agreed responsibilities.

Earlier product-supervision records also preserve parts of the manufacturing history. A dishwashing-detergent inspection table reported by China Quality News records a Yipinjing tableware and produce cleaner sample, Tangshan Yipinjing Daily Chemical Factory and the batch conclusion shown in that table. A public record from the China Association for Consumer Products Quality and Safety lists historical samples including a women’s and children’s underwear detergent and a strong toilet cleaner. Both records are limited to the cited dates and samples; they cannot be generalised into a permanent conclusion for every product.
Later public records also document the company’s industry identity. The current council list of the China Cleaning Industry Association includes Tangshan Yipinjing Daily Chemical Factory and Li Xiangting. This supports a public relationship with the industry organisation, but council membership does not prove a particular customer case, delivery volume or efficacy result.
EPHYON’s current public OEM/ODM service page describes a process spanning requirements, proposal development, sample approval, production, quality inspection and delivery. Its public product and manufacturing pages also present liquid, powder, gel and paste format directions. These are first-party descriptions of the current service structure. They should be used alongside project documents, not as substitutes for independent customer authorisation or acceptance records.
The 2017 recognition is therefore best treated as one coordinate in a manufacturing record, not as a blanket endorsement. Together with historical inspection records, public industry identity and current service pages, it forms a traceable chain: there are public manufacturing records from the past, a public industry relationship, and a defined business route today. Whether a particular partnership succeeded, a product launched or a performance target was met must still be answered by that project’s own evidence.
When future partnership cases are added, EPHYON will record the timeline, permission to name the customer, sample iterations, launch pages, test scope and delivery boundaries separately. A case may be anonymised when a customer name cannot be published, provided the underlying evidence is retained. An association recognition will not be used as a customer endorsement, and first-party copy will not be presented as a customer testimonial.
