Yes. EPHYON supports a mutual non-disclosure agreement before detailed technical or commercial information is exchanged. Formula data, brand information and commercial terms are not disclosed to third parties without authorisation, subject to the agreed NDA.

Yes. Depending on the category, development can cover cleaning performance, foam system, fragrance, pH, viscosity, active concentration and sensory profile. Directions such as concentrated, mild, low-odour or easy-rinse formulas can also be evaluated. Final efficacy, safety and environmental claims require applicable testing and documentation.

A conventional sample based on a mature formula is normally prepared in 3–5 working days. New formulas, complex fragrance work or special ingredients require a separate schedule. Basic mature-formula samples may be provided after review; development work is quoted according to complexity, and an agreed sample charge may be credited against a qualifying production order.

EPHYON can provide packaging direction, visual-design coordination and label guidance for the China market. Complex design work is quoted separately. For export markets, EPHYON can prepare product and factory information, while the importer or brand owner remains responsible for confirming destination-market labelling and regulatory compliance with qualified local advisers.
